Terms & Conditions of Booking
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of the receipt of your deposit and at the tariffs applicable to the booked season.
Rooms are to be used by the booked persons only. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Occasionally it is possible to leave your luggage on the premises until later in the day.
For all payments by Plastic Card we will charge a processing fee of 2.5 %
In case you want to pay the full account by cheque, your cheque must be at our disposal at least 5 working days before your arrival.
Cash Accounts are best paid on arrival.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment or damage to the well being, safety or comfort of other guests, proprietors or the building. Any damages caused will be charged to either the payment card used for the initial booking or cash from the guest. 'Booking' is supposed to also cover for friend later introduced as part of the party. Lost keys are regarded to be 'damage'
All rooms are NON SMOKING! We do apologise for inconvenience caused. Anybody caught smoking will be charged with a £ 50.00 cleaning fee and for days that the room cannot be used!!! This also happens via card or cash.
Deposits are booked to an account and not refundable nor transferable!
In the event of any cancellation between 12 and 6 weeks before the date of arrival, or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name was on the email, deposit letter or booking form will be liable to pay the half the total cost for the reservation
In the event of any cancellation shorter than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name was on the email, deposit letter or booking form will be liable to pay the full cost for the reservation.
In all cases an allowance will be made for meals not consumed and the prepaid deposit will be deducted of the total amount of a claim for compensation for cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
If the deposit has been paid using a debit/credit card authorised account number, any payment due owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account by the proprietor.
When booking a holiday you are entering into a mutual legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday/cancellation insurance cover.
